Our Process

We aim to make every experience with Lucky & Oscar Tailor convenient, easy, and personally fruitful which is why our process is structured in such a way that you are given the utmost attention from start to finish. A typical bespoke attire can be ready as early as 3 working days at the store in Bangkok, subject to ensuring the following processes are done in a timely manner.

Your initial visit can last anything from 30 minutes to an hour. Get inspired at our store. See and touch 100s of fine fabrics, visually appealing patterns, styles, a wide range of accessories and some of our finished garments.

We help you customize styles for your body type, what you do, and who you get in front of based on your very own personality and what we understand of it.

Once completed, we will require a 50% cash deposit. A receipt will be issued to you and we will book you in for your first fitting accordingly.

A blueprint of your customized attire will be made first and you will be called in for an initial fitting. We will access the accuracy of the measurements from this blueprint and ensure alignment to your needs and precise styling requirements. At this stage, the ‘first draft’ of the final version can be radically altered if necessary. Notes will be taken and usually subly chalked out on the actual garmet(s) to indicate where areas need to be altered to perfection.

This stage is generally meant for your jacket, suit jackets or overcoat. At this stage, we will present you with a blueprint that is 70% done. You can visualize clearly how your outfit is turning out to be when you wear this blueprint. Sleeves will be attached by pins to accurately show you sleeve length and other attention to details. Lastly, you will be asked to come the following day or two depending on your schedule for the final appointment.

This is the final stage of your custom-made outfit process where you will try on your outfits and ensure everything is done to perfection in line with your requirements. The remainder of your bill will be paid at this time. Coming down for the final appointment is always recommended, however, we do understand that time is of the essence, therefore, we do provide a complimentary hotel drop off service. Just leave us your hotel address and room number and we will ensure your order gets delivered to you.
